  • 屬於發酵程度重、著重烘焙之烏龍茶,強調的是茶湯滋味的甘醇與水色,帶有輕蜜香果香味.


2011年神農獎得主的 「紅烏龍」, 產於台灣台東中央山脈東邊無工業污染的福鹿茶區,製作時嚴選「一心二葉」茶芽以手工方式採摘,採取重發酵深度加工而成,所表現出的色香味有別於傳統清香型包種茶。 此製作方式去除了傳統烏龍茶的苦、澀味,保留甘、甜、美味。

紅烏龍茶外觀為球形烏黑亮麗茶湯水色澄紅明亮澄清帶有光澤,茶質厚重具熟果香、滋味醇厚圓滑、富有活性,耐泡甘醇,為冷飲茶的上選材料。

紅烏龍屬於發酵程度重、著重烘焙之烏龍茶,強調的是茶湯滋味的甘醇與水色,帶有輕蜜香果香味,但不能有重熟味或焦味之產生。長久存放較不易變質,可當陳年茶典藏.


沖泡法

熱泡

  • 取出1茶匙(約6g - 8g)的茶葉, 放入 350ml-400ml的杯中 / 茶壺中.
  • 加入剛煮沸(溫度約90-95度)的熱水, 蓋上杯蓋 / 壺蓋, 悶蒸浸泡1分鐘.
  • 時間到後, 喝看看茶杯中的茶水 / 將茶壺中的茶水倒在杯中試喝看看, 香氣和口味是否合適.
  • 若合您口味, 那就能開始享用您的茶了.
  • 之後,熱水不須再加溫, 就可以直接沖泡第二、第三泡茶, 悶泡時間約45秒.
  • 第四泡茶的話請悶泡約1分鐘,後續您仍可將此杯 / 壺茶葉連續沖泡約6-8次; 或直到味道變淡或變得淡而無味.


冷泡

  • 取出2茶匙(約8g - 10g)的茶葉, 放入茶杯中 / 茶壺中 / 水瓶中.
  • 加入600ml之冷水或冰水浸泡茶葉.
  • 將茶杯 / 茶壺 / 水瓶置放於常溫下或冰箱中冷藏2小時.
  • 之後您就可享用您的冷泡茶了.

  • This tea leaves emphasis on the roasting flavour with its high degree of fermentation, it tastes with a light honey fragrance.

Tea flavor won't be bitter even after long time. You can serve with hot water or cold brew it for different taste. 


Brewing Instruction

Hot Tea

  • Take out 1 teaspoon (around 6 g - 8 g) of tea leaves, put into 350 ml - 400 ml cup / teapot.
  • Add on 90-95 degrees fresh hot water over the tea, cover with lid and steeps for 1 min.
  • After that, try with your tea. Will the taste okay for you?
  • If the taste suit you, then you can start to enjoy with your tea now.
  • Of course, you also can add on honey / raw sugar / natural sweetener plant ---Stevia for better taste.
  • For 2nd and 3rd brewing, you can directly add on hot water and steeps for 45 seconds.
  • For the 4th brewing, please steeps the tea leaves for about 1 min. 
  • This tea leaves can brew about 6-8 times of continuous brewing, until the taste becomes lighten or tasteless.


Cold Brew

  • Take out 2 teaspoons (around 8g-10g) of tea leaves, put into cup / teapot / bottle.
  • Pour in 600ml of cold water or iced water to steep the tea leaves.
  • Put your cup / teapot / bottle under room temperature or chilled it in fridge for 2 hours.
  • You can enjoy your cold brew tea afterwards.

Cautions

  • All herbal teas are recommended to be consumed on the same day after brewing.
  • This tea leaves contains with caffeine.
  • Not recommended to infant and children below 12 years old, and pregnancy women.
